As a professional advisor you may play a key role in helping your clients structure their charitable giving plans. Your clients look to you for legal and/or tax advice.
Whatever your question, the Community Foundation of the Eastern Shore (CFES), can be a resource to you in helping your clients meet their philanthropic goals.
When a donor establishes a fund at CFES, a founding document will detail how the fund will be managed. This gives the Community Foundation a clear understanding of the donor's charitable intent. Each founding document is unique to the wishes of the donor.
If you or your client is interested in opening a fund at the Community Foundation, or for more information about how CFES assists professional advisors in their work with your clients contact Spicer Bell, the Foundation's President or Gee Williams, the Director of Development at 410-742-9911, or by email at bell@cfes.org or williams@cfes.org.
